This policy explains how Huggehub (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit huggehub.com or contact us. We are based in Casablanca, Morocco, and work with clients in Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States; we apply the principles of the GDPR and UK GDPR to all visitors.

What we collect

• Project enquiries — the information you enter in our project form: name, email, company, website, needs, budget, timeline and message.
• Email and calls — anything you send us directly.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use enquiry data only to reply to you, prepare proposals and manage our working relationship (legal basis: steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest). We never sell personal data.

Processors

Our website is hosted by Vercel and served through Cloudflare. Enquiries may be routed to our CRM or email tools. These providers process data on our behalf under their data processing terms.

Retention

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as required for contractual and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, or object to processing, by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
