Challenge
A busy club runs on details: which table is open, how long a session has lasted, who owes what at the end of the night. On paper or in spreadsheets those details drift, and every mistake is money.
The club also needed a digital presence that made evenings, tournaments and promotions visible to new players.
Solution
We built a management app for the club floor: table status, timed sessions and pricing, players, games, credits and shift closures, with totals that reconcile at the end of each day.
Around it we set up the club's digital presence and event marketing — promotions and tournaments announced where local players already spend time.
